Responsibilities:

Installation:
• Conduct on-site installations of products for clients in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule installations and ensure timely completion.

Service:
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of installed products/services to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients and address any issues or concerns on time.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions.
