Job Description
• Prepare annual maintenance plan (PM plan and turnaround) for the facility based on historical performance, vendor manuals, AL group guide lines, get it reviewed by Facility Manager and share the plan with CRT Manager for approval.
• Guide and monitor local maintenance teams to implement the plan to ensure no slippage. In case of non compliance, get the same recommended by Facility Manager and approved by CRT Manager.
• Prepare monthly report on maintenance activities and share with supervisor and Central Reliability team. Guide team to conduct RCA and take corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Coordinate with vendor for... More Detail
