The above vacancy exists in our Packaged Gas department at our DA Midvaal Facility, reporting to the DA Plant Supervisor. Suitably qualified candidates who meet the requirements of this role are invited to apply for this vacancy.

Overview & Key Responsibilities The DA Plant Foreman will be responsible for the leading operations of a DA Plant to ensure continuity of production.

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

1. To ensure that all activities in the Acetylene Plant are performed to relevant company work instructions, procedures and policies.

2. Ensure that all the activities are carried out safely.

3. Control production at the DA Plant (plant operation and monitoring).

4. Investigate all DA faulty cylinders returned by the customer as soon as possible after their arrival and report the outcome of investigation.

5. Drive safety systems in their department including BSP.
