· Develop Electronic Case Management System (ECMS) according to existing and developing legal basis· Provide overview of best practices in ECMS globally and which are suitable for implementation in NEOM ECMS· Develop NEOM Wage Protection System (WPS) according to existing legal basis· Provide overview of existing WPS in the GCC region, identify good practices that could potentially be replicated NEOM WPS· Work with labor enforcement business roles (Head of Labor Enforcement, Chief Labor Inspector), legal teams, tech partners, stakeholders and external experts (e.g., ILO, HSE) to develop processes, protocols and workflows for ECMS, identifying all relevant stakeholders involved in the labor enforcement process (e.g., NEOM Authority, concessionaire, third-party providers, courts…) for WPS related (e.g., labor enforcement team monitoring WPS) and financial institutions providing WPS I· Identify elements of the WPS system and work with stakeholders and tech partners to provide functional...
