Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative. The CSR is responsible for managing new and existing business relationships, utilizing a deep understanding of financial services. The Customer Service Rep serves as a Relationship Officer who liaison between the bank and the customer and is responsible for driving growth by ensuring the delivery of top-notch customer service. This is an on-site role located in Lekki, Lagos.
