MASVINGO PROVINCE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced members who are eligible for promotion to the above-mentioned vacant posts in terms of the Appointment, Performance Advancement, Regrading, Transfer, Promotion and Training Procedures for Registered General Nurses in the Health Service.

REPORTS TO: Principal Tutor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participates in bedside and classroom teaching of nursing.

2. Participates in setting and marking examinations, case studies and assignments.

3. Accompanies students on educational visits.

4. Participates in invigilating tests and examinations.

5. Attends departmental and institutional meetings as required.

6. Participates in graduation ceremony arrangements.

7. Prepares and issues procedure manuals and handouts to students.
