Administrative – Accounting Assistant (m/f)

Your role:
• In charge of the Funds mailbox, follow Funds invoice approval process, maintain process, track payments.
• Regarding the Fund invoices, be the main contact with customers, TA, bank deposit.
• Process Manco supplier invoices, authorisation process, input into our internal register.
• Responsible for preparing Manco invoices and calculating monthly and quarterly invoices.
• Update the overdue file and follow up customers for payments.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.

Your profile:
• Degree in Finance, Tax, economics, law or compliance
