Tooling Engineer Purchasing Parts

Your tasks.

- Support of deadline and supplier-critical injection molding tools (according to PDIP) from nomination to the first tool-dropping parts.

- Ensuring the required deadlines and (customer) quality

- Active participation in internal risk classifications

- Ensuring the tracking of measures and deadlines

- Demanding and checking schedules with photo documentation

- Support or review and coordination of manufacturability studies , filling and distortion calculations and tool designs according to PDIP

- Status recording of tool creation and participation in commissioning at the manufacturer (worldwide)

Requirements.

- Technician/master craftsman training, preferably specializing in precision mechanics, plastics technology or comparable training

- Preferably professional experience in tool or plant construction

- Knowledge of the design of injection molding tools

- Interpretation of product drawings
