Introduction:

A Canadian Based Logistics Company is looking for a candidate male or female (females are highly encouraged) for the position of Dispatch Coordinator (Night Shift 5 pm to 2 am) in their office operating from Rawalpindi.

Requirements:

Coordinate, track, and trace all shipping and handling requests with customers and suppliers in support of a customer-specialized project.
• Proactively identify shipments at risk of service failure and take control of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Correctly troubleshoot and proactively resolve shipment discrepancies, as needed.
• Provide various types of support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, data processing, and following emails’
• Answering phone inquiries for Customer Care and pick-up & delivery requests.
