ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work closely with the Work Health and Safety Team and the Occupational violence Prevention Team to proactively manage safety programs. As part of the team you will support safety activities and design and implement safety initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service.
• This is a permanent part time role that can work flexibly 30.4 hours per fortnight.
• You will be located across our aged care homes in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia.
• You will be involved in developing and delivering new safety eduction and training programs
• You will have a clinical focus on occupational violence and aggression prevention to support staff in managing behaviours.
• You will provide advice and guidance on safety and occupational violence prevention to stakeholders
