We are a fast-growing company with interests in Real Estate and Construction. We are currently at the cusp of a major expansion.

We are seeking to hire a mature and Senior person for Architect Profile.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1 Fully assist Head Architecture with base maps calculations, checks on tabs. Prepare formatted tables and charts of all design data. Examine in Auto Cadd the proposals received fron consultants with respect to the byelaws.

2. Coordinate with Engineering officers on site to discuss any snag (if remains) to solve as a team, any problem related to design/ dimensions/delays/ dispatch of GFC drawings under instructions from Head Arch'.

3. List and Prepare a library with MDO of all "Classified" Documents related to Govt Policies; Land laws; Land use change, Bye lawsa for Statutory Sanctions from Municipal and other local Agencies such as KDA; Fire Deptt, PCB, MoEF, Jal Kal vibhag etc. The file must be periodically updated and weaned / seen by Head Arch'.
