Designation: Associate Director - Human Resource

Work Location: Chandigarh

Work Timings: 9:30AM IST to 6:30PM IST

Responsibilities:
• Lead the HR Team: Take charge of managing and guiding the Human Resources team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
• Coordinate with Other Department Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from various departments to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Report to the CEO: Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO, contributing to organizational decision-making.
• Contribute to the Team: Actively participate in the development and execution of strategies to enhance overall team effectiveness and organizational success.

Qualifications:

• A full-time master’s degree in human resource management from a premier B-school is a preferred.
