About this opportunity:
As an Onboarding Expeditor, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the recruitment process, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of the onboarding process, particularly in candidate management. Your primary responsibilities will involve liaising with various stakeholders, gathering status updates, and proactively resolving any issues to minimize delays.
What you will do:
• Communicate effectively with vital stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Proactively identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the onboarding process.
• Work in partnership with recruiters/business areas to initiate, manage, and supervise background processes.
• Ensure timely receipt of onboarding documents and resolve candidate inquiries promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and Talent Advisors to keep them informed of any delays or changes to start dates.
