Join our team at Gracia101 as we seek a skilled Network Consultant to bolster our client's global operations in the natural cosmetics industry.

The distribution of tasks is divided into 80% operational ("run") tasks and 20% project-based ("build") tasks.

Responsibilities
• Design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructures.
• Advanced resolution of network incidents.
• Provision of level 3 technical assistance for incidents and service request processing.
• Administration of the company’s network systems, including stores, factories, offices, and datacenters worldwide, with a priority on Europe.
• Updating and improving existing platforms.
• Automation of network configurations and development of test protocols.
• Development and updating of technical documentation, such as architecture, installation, and management procedures.
• Participation in interventions outside of working hours and on-call duties (voluntary).
