About the position… Reporting to the Manager of Development Engineering, the Engineering Technician – Development is responsible for providing technical assistance in the review of development proposals and permit applications, utilizing the knowledge of sound engineering principles, municipal standards, and government regulations and guidelines. This position is also responsible for assisting Engineering staff in the day-to-day operation and correspondence with other City Departments.
