Your challenge

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive and global H&S Strategy for GBO International in alignment with stakeholders.
• Developing and promoting a proactive H&S Culture within GBO to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
• Leading the development of division-wide H&S standards and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 45001.
• Acting as the Division Key User for the group-wide H&S reporting system (Sphera), responsible for analyzing H&S performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with Operational Excellence to identify H&S needs on a divisional level and coordinate the implementation of measures to enhance H&S standards at sites.
• Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of H&S Management Systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
