Primary responsibility of role is to lead the pilot Maturation Project at Goa plant, support innovation team in developing new product development and commercialization with aged Indian Malt Sprit.

Support Procurement and Manufacturing team in ensure right quality of ENA supply from Distillery.

Develop a base for Indian Spirit supply of India Operation and support Innovation team in recipe development for future brands

Create sample library, chemical and sensory analysis of liquid under maturation and create a data base future Maturation project

Establish Good Manufacturing Practice in Blending operation, develop SOP and Work Procedure for blending and Maturation operation

Stock and inventory Management and maintain statutory records up to date

Ensure plant Maturation & blending operation in compliance to State excise rules, zero accidents and a safe and healthy work environment
