Samut Prakan, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan- Oversee and responsible for all HR functions.- Prepare payroll & allowance.- Check and update a Time attendance.- Submit the government document, related agency or related work.- Planning, design and manage training course.- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.- Prepare and renew Visa & work permit of foreign employees.- Prepare HR reports.- Employee data management.- Provide advice on HR related matters (Labor Laws, Compensation, etc.)- Coordinate and visit related agency outside for related work.- Coordinate and be the good middle person for employees.- Organize employee relation activities.- Developing of company working culture.- Company rules and regulation restrictiveness.- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.- Develop compensation and benefits plan.- Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures.- Manage and maintain ISO9001 system to be good management.- Other tasks as assigned.
