Description

The Public Affairs Market Manager reports to the Head of Public Affairs and performs detail-oriented work for a variety of department operations and initiatives.The manager is responsible for improving the reputation of the bank by bolstering brand visibility, colleague engagement, cause marketing and creating positive connection to the community. The position requires an experienced, creative and energetic public affairs/communications/marketing professional with experience in charitable giving and/or grant making, colleague volunteerism and project management. The individual must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The chief function is to effectively leverage and execute bank charitable contributions, grant making, executive engagement, volunteerism and overall community outreach activities and project management in key markets across Citizens' footprint.
