• Build a High-Performing team of accountants to deliver best results.
• Initiate automatization and optimization of financial systems and financial manual reports and processes.
• Drive e-documents implementation and integration of IT systems.
• Responsible for complying with local requirements related to tax and accounting (we have Tax consultants in our team as well).
• Ensure accurate and timely Financial statements to be submitted to the Group.
• Validate Statutory financial statements.
• Minimize wherever possible tax exposure through proper reflection of tax deductible expenses.
• Review and confirm accuracy of contracts, agreements, certificates of completion, and reconciliation acts, safeguarding the company against potential risks.
• Design and implement accounting processes that suit the local market and adhere to global practices.
