Your skills & experience:
• You have previous experience in hotels; ideally already in a similar role and in the similar sized property, however, we will consider applicants who are looking for next step in their career.
• You are able to deliver a consistent level of service under the pressure of guests’ requirements, always with a keen eye for detail.
• You lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and by building genuine relationships with your team, you create a sense of belonging, empowering them to take pride in their work.
• You are IT literate and previous Opera experience & Fourth Hospitality would be an advantage. You are aware of all legislation that is relevant to your work including health and safety at work, COSSHH, environmental health and fire precautions
