· Processing of customers order delivery and or shipment to ensure all customer’s orders are fulfilled.

· Update daily, weekly and monthly production plan to meet customer demand by proportion company’s resources.

· Publishing weekly stock report and monthly stock aging report to customers on every first week of the month.

· Coordinate design development between Customers, Print Prep Department for commercial production.

· Ensure customers fulfil MOQ per production run and MOQ per design development.

· Stock inventory management on finish goods.

· Coordinate product qualification process.

· To ensure company Sales & Log Objective target are met.

· Maintaining customer’s master file duly updated.

· Actively participate and support improvement programs.

· Liaise with internal/external department for delivery schedule.

· Ensure the communication flow effectively passed through and achieved OTIF delivery. More Detail
