Role Description

Responsible for general pattern planning, receive and check pattern from China, ensure pattern will be ready before production and ensure IP security.

Key accountabilities
• Control and follow up all the work arrangements and progress of Vietnam pattern room.
• Control all the staffs to arrange work and schedule; guide and train to improve job qualification for members of the department.
• Acting as a contact bridge to share related pattern information between the Chinese pattern room and the sample room/production department in BVN.
• Handle the problems from the bulk pattern of China for pattern room in Vietnam.
