Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Aplus mechanics, located in Ikoyi. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Responding to customer's inquiries.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Residing on the island is an added advantage.
