Job purpose:

To oversee the optimization of factory machinery and services to ensure efficient and safe production operations, by implementing rigorous maintenance protocols and conducting comprehensive employee training programs. Additionally, to strategize and execute investment plans for the factory, while prioritizing safety and environmental considerations. This role will be pivotal in setting strategic directions, monitoring performance metrics, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
