Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role direct related with sales & marketing located in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte as a Team Manager at Recruitment & Development with AIA. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals, setting team goals, developing and implementing strategies to achieve those goals, and monitoring team performance. You will also be responsible for providing coaching and support to team members, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance team performance. We offer monthly 100,000 , 75,000, 50,000 income package other than the incentive and commission. Income negotiable. Apply only passport holders.
