PA Internal Medicine opportunity in Adams, MA - Locations: Adams, MA; Albany 50m Position Details: - Full-Time; 40 hours weekly- M-F, 8a-5p- Physician Assistant Opening in Adams, MA - Sign on Bonus- As a Nurse Practitioner in the Adams Internist facility your primary responsibility would be to provide direct patient care to the community. - This will include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions of patients.- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining patient histories, and performing physical examinations.- Ordering and interpreting diagnostical tests such as laboratory tests, EKGs, imaging procedures, and other necessary tests.- Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician.- Documenting and maintaining accurate and complete medical records, including progress notes, patient data, and treatment plans as per hospital policy.
