We are currently supporting one of our clients, a start-up manufacturer of sterile Medical Device packaging in the midlands, to recruit for a Quality Engineer to join them on a permanent basis This is an excellent opportunity for a mid level candidate who is looking to work in a fast paced, varied role with a significant investment into your learning and development, and good scope to progress quickly into senior roles.

Responsibilities
• Lead quality improvement programmes using recognised problem-solving and project. management techniques.
• Interface on an ongoing basis with customers to ensure requirements / concerns/complaints are communicated, and corrective and preventive actions are closed in a timely and effective manner. Customer onboarding process is a key element of the position.
