About the Role:

The APS 3 Participant Support Officer is a team membership position and is responsible for setting priorities, managing work flow for their role and producing work that is subject to regular monitoring by more senior positions within their management structure.

The Role involves customer-facing Front-of-House duties as well as outgoing contact with stakeholders on a daily basis via phone, email and face-to-face in the office, to assist with their enquiries, escalations and request tasks.
