Job Summary

The Sales Capability Manager will work as a sales consultant playing a vital role in Sabis Sales Optimization project which aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales process and commercial teams. This project involves analyzing the current sales process, developing, implementing, and managing various optimizations & training programs, tools, and processes to ensure that sales force possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to meet and exceed business objectives.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of our current sales processes and customer interactions.
• Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques, communication, and user engagement.
