RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs analysis of various compensation programs and initiatives, included but not limited incentive programs for sales and operating teams, annual merit and bonus planning, pay equity, etc.
• Conducts competitive role benchmarking, delivering actionable insights.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Plays key role in updating global salary structures, conducting impact analysis as required.
• Supports communication and change management activities in support of Vertiv Career Framework.
• May engage HR Business Partners and Total Rewards leaders to diagnose compensation issues and solve problems.
• May conduct training for HR Business Partners and People Leaders on compensation principles and practices, helping them to make informed pay decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in Business, Mathematics or other Analytical discipline.
