Constructive Moves is working with a leading London house-builder whom an unparalleled reputation for high-quality design, build and customer service to source a Pre-Construction Manager with a Civils or Structural background due to expansion of its Pre-Construction Department.

As a Pre-Construction Manager you will be looking the programmes and planning of all future developments. Set up logistical, planning and development programmes to ensure the smooth delivery of all the residential schemes in the future pipeline before they start on site. You will be working closely with numerous consultant engineers and attending numerous meeting to gain a full understand of the best delivery method of the schemes.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a highly technical, qualified Engineer with a strong Infrastructure background within the Construction/Residential building sector, or an individual with strong Major Projects experience from a Build/Production focused background.
