1. Prepare Forecast raw materials needed for the production of the following items: a. Coarse mix products. b. Poultry mash products.2. Designate personnel for every job necessary for the production of Coarse mix and Poultry mash products and coordinate with his immediate superior for any additional manpower needed for the job.3. Monitor every personnel assigned in the Old factory who are working according to their assigned task.4. Monitor and ensure that all the necessary materials needed for the production are weighed properly and poured correctly in accordance with the recipe provided for such product/s. Ensure further that products' quality is in accordance with set quality standards.5. Monitor and ensure all mash products produced are with correct bag weight and provided with correct label and stickers.6.
