- Salary base, **plus COMMISSIONS. COMMISSIONS ARE UNLIMITED THERE IS NO MAX. YOU GET COMMISION OUT OF THE FIRST DOLLAR YOU COLLECT. **We have a generous commission scheme in which you get a certain percent of commission (in usd) out of the amount that you collect monthly.
