Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Assistant at South Kitchen and Lounge located in Abeokuta. The Bar Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role including food preparation, food service, customer service, and handling food and beverage. Assist in the smooth operation of the bar area, supporting mixologists by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies.

Requirements: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to duties. A team player with a positive attitude.
