• *Responsibilities**:
Maintain files on all account receivables/payables and update records as required.

Maintain and filling all Sales Invoices/Purchases Invoices and Payment Voucher.

Contact clients and send reminder to ensure timely payments.

Identify and address discrepancies.
• *Requirements**:
Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.

.Hands-on experience with accounting software.

Solid data entry skill with an ability to identify numerical errors.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• *Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: High school
- 2 years of experience
- Idioms: Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
- Availability to travel: No
