Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Thrissur. As a Human Resources Manager at HireFlex, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include recruiting and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy development and implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also collaborate with managers and executives to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
