Responsibilities
• Establish/embed qualty management systems such as (ISO9001,TQM,TPM,5S,etc.) for promoting the new mindset & behavior (M&B) and ensure adherence to cultural policies.
• Implement a measurement framework to track the progress of mindset & behavior(M&B) transformation initiatives and regularly assess their effectiveness.
• Apply the PDCA cycle to continually improve the mindset & behavior transformation process based on data and feedback.
• Explore and apply best practices relevant to improving way to think and work during business situation challenges.
• Sustain a culture that fosters the desired mindset and behaviors within the organization, ensuring their continuity and lasting impact.
