Belgrade Documenics DOO is looking for an energetic Bookkeeper.

This is a hands-on position that requires an ability to manage a challenging workload and “own” most if not all accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Accurate maintenance of financial systems including: Journal Entries (Payroll, period end accruals, etc.)
• Processing of Accounts Payable invoices and timely completion of monthly accruals
• Posting daily sales in General Ledger
• Processing accounting receivables
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Provide other support to management as requested from time to time

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• A general knowledge of bookkeeping principles and understanding of IFRS and/or GAAP.
