Plant Strategy Assistant/Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

This position is responsible for
supporting a broad array of strategic, analytical projects and ITESA plant strategy.

Assisting with the development/monitoring
of the plant projects a, as well as ad hoc analytic projects. Interfacing with
various business teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes, developing
thorough understanding of business needs and coordinating them with strategy.

Required
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s
degree or with significant study in, or pertinent to, the specialized field
including, but not limited to, management, business, administration, industrial
engineering.
• Organization
and prioritization of multiple projects
• Creative
problem-solving skills and developing frameworks for ambiguous problems.
• Ability
to drive consensus and influence at various levels of the organization.
• Experience
managing projects that require problem solving, prioritization and
organizational skills.
