This role manage the design and implementation of a comprehensive workforce planning system and process which can provide accurate and timely workforce planning information (manning numbers and skills required) to the business to inform improved decision making on future resource requirements. Manage a HR function that executes strategy, programs, systems and processes that strongly contribute to the organization meeting its overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate must have:
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of contemporary HR practices
• Highly developed leadership skills
• Demonstrable analytical and conceptual skills to enable the incumbent to develop options and strategies to address complex organizational issues, and to understand complex environmental and workforce issues
