Position: IT Executive

Experience: Minimum of one year in IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Managing and monitoring IT systems to ensure their availability, performance, and security.
• Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
• Communicating with clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and implement IT solutions.
• Maintaining documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
