1. Control of Production Engineer Department and report to Top Management.
2. Monitoring and follow up objective target.
3. Review the schedule for machine preventive maintenance, facility preventive maintenance and master plan
4. Good managed for facility systems to supply the production process such as Air Compressor, RO/DI System, Electric, Transformer, Natural Gas
5. Good managed the system of environments such as waste water system, dust collector, exhaust
6. Implement production plans through subordinates, ensure that utilization of manpower, machine, and equipment are optimized.
