Quatre BornesAre you prepared to be the warm smile and efficient engine of our office? We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to step into the role of our Front Office and Administrative Assistant, where you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our esteemed clients.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors.
• Welcome guests and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Receive incoming calls and arrange outgoing calls where applicable.
• Direct incoming calls to relevant departments/individuals.
• Provide administrative support to the office.
• Manage schedules and handle correspondence where applicable.
• Provide information to queries related to our daily operations.
• Divert queries to relevant departments.
• Ensure Follow up where applicable.
Profile Requirements:
• Minimum HSC qualification: a degree in hospitality management would be a plus.
