Storekeeper

Reporting to the Head of IP Services , the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

What you will be doing:
• Order reception – Receive ordered items from supplier, checking invoice, physical quantity and item features. Process Good Receipt Note in compliance with C-Care Procedure.
• Issues – Prepare products as per approved procedures based on requisitions received and deliver to authorized personnel.
• Shelving – Shelving and store products according to Good Warehousing and housekeeping Practices and/ or internal policies. Follow up of a good FEFO and FIFO process.
• Inventory management - Coordinate and participate in special and scheduled stock counts as required. Ensure management of expiry list and dormant lists to mitigate risks. Ensures no variances from inventory
• Stock integrity – physical stock tally with stock in the system
