Experience: Construction management assistance experience will be valuated.

Responsibilities: Assistance for overall management of construction quality control. Assist the CQC SM to:

Maintaining relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties such as architects and engineers

Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget guidelines

Ensuring that project managers are adequately trained and have the necessary resources to complete their tasks

Reviewing blueprints, sketches, and other plans for compliance with applicable building codes

Making sure that all work performed meets industry standards for quality

Reviewing bids from contractors to determine which ones will be awarded contracts

Managing a team of construction inspectors, ensuring that they are performing their jobs effectively
