RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Team Management – resource planning, tasks setting and tracking, legal and functional responsibility
• Team Development - career path development, Employee Dialogue including goal agreement
• Active contribution to department meetings and strategy decisions
• Technical development – review of inputs, tracking the progress and support, compliance checks
• Conceptual work – together with team defining the best technical concepts
• Timing estimations and feasibility studies for RFQs, knowledge base updates, process updates
• Traveling between sites to manage teams in Wieselburg and Wiener Neustadt

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Technical education (mechanical engineering, plastics technology, mechatronics, vehicle construction or similar education)
• CAD & PDM knowledge (Catia and/or NX, Teamcenter)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good analytical thinking and open-mindedness for new developments
