Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Conveyancing paralegal or licensed conveyancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing or assisting with conveyancing files, conducting research, communicating with clients, preparing legal documents, and reviewing contracts.

Qualifications
• Experience in conveyancing
• Proficiency in conveyancing documents preparation and document review
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct legal research and analyze information
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with PEXA and Smokeball software is desirable
