This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position: This Systems Engineer position is assigned to PEO C3T, Network Integration & Modernization Division located in APG, MD.
Duties
• Interface with contractor counterparts to ensure constant and current flow of information to all parties for systems engineering and integration.
• Maintain current knowledge of standard and emerging processes associated with system and system of systems life cycle functions to include Development, Verification/Validation, Production, Fielding, Training, Support, Operations, and Disposal.
• Integrate all systems engineering tasks to effectively implement disciplined systems engineering process and procedures throughout all acquisition phases of the assigned subsystem, system or system of systems acquisition.
