Document & Content Specialist

Contract period: 11.03.2024 - 31.12.2024
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
- Ensure document and information flow within operation modifications projects and support in Pims
- Pims DCS configuration and set-up
- Document flow and distribution
- Contractor and supplier follow up
- Project closeout
- Ensure handover of documents to operations
- Support and update with tag-doc and tag updates in operation systems
- Training and support of operational systems
- Support internal requests

Qualifications:
- Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with document and information management in modification projects in Operations
- Extensive experience in document and/or information Management
- Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
- Knowledge of Data and Information Management framework terminology, preferably formal education/courses within this area
